Now works as a senior health development and systems consultant and international conferences and exhibitions organizer and manager. Served for  number of CSOs as founder, board chair, chair of technical working groups and award committees.

          • Zeamanuel Anteneh Yigzaw
            Bahir Dar

             Zeamanuel Anteneh Yigzaw has been a lecturer and researcher at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, since November 10/2020. Zeamanuel holds one diploma, three degrees, and one master's, namely a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (University of Gondar, 2013), Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences (University of Gondar, 2019), Bachelor of Theology (Saint Frumentius Aba Selama Kesate Birhan Theological College / Mekele, 2020), and Bachelor of Arts in Management (Bahir Dar University, 2023) and Higher Diploma Program/HDP/ in Higher Education Pedagogy (Bahir Dar University, 2025). Zeamanuel has 09 years of work experience. With 3 years of experience as a professional nurse on the pediatrics ward, 1 year as a research assistant on the WHO pneumonia project, 1 year as a public health professional as quality officer at the University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, and 4 years of teaching, research and community service experience on public health, specifically on health promotion and behavioral sciences at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. Zeamanuel has more than 50 publications in peer-reviewed reputable international journals. Zeamanuel is a social behavior change and leadership consultant. Zeamanuel earned many certificates, attended many trainings, and has many additional skills.

            • Mequanint Mulat Tefera
              Ethiopia

              Molecular microbiologist with over eight years of academic and research experience in bacterial genomics, 
              environmental microbiology, and applied biotechnology. My MSc research focused on the isolation, screening, and molecular characterization of pectin-degrading bacteria from rotten fruits, providing strong expertise in microbial 
              enzyme potential, waste valorization, and molecular techniques. My undergraduate work on lactic acid bacteria strengthened my foundation in food microbiology. I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications in food 
              microbiology, antimicrobial resistance, and metagenomics, with proficiency in R and bioinformatics. My research 
              interests include food and environmental microbiology, microbial biotechnology, and sustainable bioprocessing. I am motivated to apply microbial solutions for food safety, waste valorization, and development-oriented research.
