I have worked at the University of Gondar for over 15 years, progressing from a technical assistant to an assistant professor. During this time, I have been actively involved in teaching and learning, research, and community service. I have also made significant contributions to various software automation initiatives both within and outside the university.

As a clinician educator, I provide anesthesia and critical care services, teach a variety of learners, from anesthesia clinical students to providers in anesthesia and related professions, and involve quality improvement projects in anesthesia and surgical service.
