My name is Tesfa Guadie and lecturer at Uog in Industrial Engineering department.

I am a Clinical Pharmacy Lecturer and researcher at the University of Gondar with expertise in pharmacoepidemiology, health services research, and mixed-methods study design in low-resource settings. My research focuses on medication utilization, treatment optimization, and patient-centered outcomes, with growing emphasis on oncology and access to cancer care.

I have contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications examining treatment outcomes, medication adherence, and healthcare system barriers. My clinical experience, including oncology ward attachments and patient care in resource-limited hospitals, has strengthened my understanding of delays in diagnosis and treatment.

I am well-positioned to contribute to the proposed study on barriers to timely ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment by applying my experience in mixed-methods research and health systems analysis. My work aligns with improving equitable cancer care and outcomes in underserved populations.

I am the most energetic and dedicated person in my life. I graduated in 2021 with a higher distinction in mechanical engineering, specializing in thermal engineering for my M.Sc. degree. 

I completed my master's degree in 2025 in the automotive engineering stream and am currently contributing to teaching, learning, and research projects.
I am eager to contribute to my institution and to my country as much as I can so that my country will be developed, especially in automation and industry.

I am a Mechanical Engineering lecturer at the University of Gondar with over 9 years of teaching experience. My research focuses on composite materials, additive manufacturing, and sustainable material development. I am passionate about academic research, innovation, and contributing to industrial development in Ethiopia.
