      My Name is Abebe Chekol Mulualem. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Informatics from the University of Gondar. During my time at the university, I was actively involved in leadership roles, serving as the president of the Health Informatics Student Association. This experience helped me develop strong organizational and teamwork skills while contributing to student engagement and academic initiatives.

      After graduating, I gained three years of experience working with the Amhara Regional Health Bureau, specializing in Health Information Systems, including DHIS2, HRIS, and monitoring and evaluation. My work focused on using data to improve healthcare service delivery, and my dedication was recognized with a top employee certificate.

      I am passionate about leveraging technology to strengthen healthcare systems and continuously seek opportunities to grow professionally.

            I am a passionate physician with a strong commitment to improving healthcare and medical education in Ethiopia. Currently, I serve as a lecturer at Woldia University and an OBGYN resident at Bahir Dar University. My journey has been enriched by writing impactful resources such as “Debol Bedside Oriented Surgery” for clinical medical students & “How to Open a Clinic in Ethiopia” based on my experience in opening clinic as a PLC. Those guides have supported countless medical professionals and students.

            As the founder, board member, and e-learning team lead of MAC Ethiopia, I drive initiatives that merge innovation, teamwork, and technology to advance medical education and healthcare delivery.
