I am Dr. Adugnaw Kindu, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Gondar, with 2 and 1/4 years of experience in academic teaching and clinical practice as an Internist and 2 year experience as Lecturer. Skilled in diagnosing and managing complex internal medicine cases, I am committed to delivering evidence-based patient care and contributing to the education and mentorship of medical students and residents.I have also a leadership experience as Infectious Disease Master Program Coordinator for 1 and 1/2 year and for the past 06 months as an outpatient Department Director in which I directed outpatient services, supervised staff, improved patient flow and service efficiency, implemented quality improvement initiatives, and ensured delivery of safe, patient-centered care.
