I am Habib Oumer, a Law graduate from the University of Gondar in 2025 and currently serving as a Federal Public Prosecutor at the F.D.R.E Ministry of Justice. ● My academic research explored due process and legal compliance in cybercrime investigations in Ethiopia, reflecting my strong interest in the intersection of law, technology, and human rights protection.

● Beyond legal practice, I am passionate about leadership and community engagement. As Co-founder and Head of Communications of the UNA-ET University of Gondar Chapter, I led Model United Nations sessions, peace-building initiatives, and youth engagement programs.

● I have also received training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), peace-building, and human rights advocacy, strengthening my ability to contribute to conflict resolution and inclusive dialogue.
