My name is Esubalew Nega. I graduated in June 2025, and I am currently working in the insurance industry. I am motivated to continue learning, expand my professional network, and contribute positively to my community as an alumnus of the University of Gondar.

Dr. Kassaye Demeke Altaye is an Associate Professor of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine (ECCM) at St. Paul Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC). He also holds an MSc in clinical epidemiology and has extensive experience in resource-limited settings, focusing on patient care and clinical research, particularly in clinical trials and implementation science. His work emphasizes improving emergency and critical care practices in challenging environments. He is an experienced academician and clinician dealing daily with acutely ill patients with trauma, infectious diseases, acute complications of non-communicable disease, and acute presentations of neglected tropical diseases like snake bites and leishmaniasis. He had coached and mentored more than 100 medical students, more than 50 different specialty residents, and MSc students. He had done a lot of quality improvement projects at the University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital as an emergency and critical care service director. This quality improvement project had improved mortality from 4% to 1.2%, lowered 24-hour stays from 60% to less than 10%, and reduced triage time to less than 5 minutes. He had also developed an undergraduate competency-based medical curriculum and a curriculum for specialization in emergency and critical care medicine, which had graduated 6 specialties in 2026 and counting on. Since August 2026, he has been appointed at SPHMMC.

I am Minyahil, i have graduated BA in psychology from university of Gondar sinc Jul 4, 2019 and MSc in clinical psychology from university of Gondar since December 28, 2023. In the last i have 2 year work experience youth voluntary work officer at bita worda women, child and youth affairs office. And know i have a lecturer at debre tabor university start from May 23, 2022 up to now.

I am Melese Gobezie, a lecturer at the University of Gondar since 2018. I have served as a Graduate Assistant, Assistant Lecturer, and Lecturer in the Department of Physiotherapy. My expertise includes teaching, clinical service, and research publication. I have strong experience in meta-analysis, cross-sectional studies, predictive modeling, and other research models related to neurorehabilitation, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
