As an experienced Project Manager and healthcare professional with a strong background in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I am committed to advancing healthcare delivery through innovative approaches. With extensive expertise in the integration of digital health solutions, including mobile health platforms and wearable technologies, I have successfully led projects that have transformed access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Currently, I serve as the Project Manager for the Rotary Jaipur Limb Project at the University of Gondar Hospital. The project was launched in October 2024 following the approval of Rotary Foundation Global Grant #2096977 in August 2020. From October 2024 to July 2025, we have provided free prosthetic limbs and rehabilitation services to 95 individuals with disabilities. I oversee the establishment and management of the prosthetics workshop and training program, working closely with international and local partners—including Rotary International and various NGOs—to align project objectives with community needs while ensuring resource efficiency and financial transparency

In addition to project management, I have a deep passion for research, particularly in stroke rehabilitation, fatigue management, and the use of technology to improve rehabilitation outcomes. My experience includes conducting systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and statistical research to inform evidence-based healthcare practices.

I am driven by a desire to empower healthcare teams through capacity building and training, ensuring that sustainable, high-quality care is available for those who need it most. Throughout my career, I have continuously prioritized collaboration, innovation, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.

I am a recent graduate in Information Technology from the University of Gonder. I possess a strong interest in innovation and research, aiming to contribute to the growth and development of my country and the African continent.

Kidanemariam is a judge at state high court in Amhara region. Prior to this position, he was a president and a judge at state first instance court. Kidanemariam is a law gradate from UoG school of law and completed a judicial training from Justice Professionals Training and Legal Research Institute at Bahir Dar with a perfect result and certification. 

I am 25 year old and currently a Bachelor of pharmacy graduate and a second year medical student at Gambi Teaching Hospital and medical college.
