I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, which I earned from the University of Gondar in 2011. I later completed an MBA in Project Management, further strengthening my expertise in project planning and implementation. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at Addis Ababa University and am also a PhD Fellow with the Centre for African Philanthropy and Social Investment (CAPSI) at University of the Witwatersrand. Professionally, I work as a Social developmen consultant with various national and international organizations, including the World Bank, where I contribute to research, project management, and development initiatives.
